This website, online ordering platform, table reservation system, Membership program, and restaurant services are published and maintained by Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited (hereby referred to as VKHL). By accessing this website, making a reservation, placing an order, submitting a franchise enquiry, purchasing a franchise application form, or using any services offered by VKHL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective outlet.
• Menu items, prices, offers, and outlet operating hours may change without prior notice.
• Guests are requested to inform the restaurant in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While reasonable care is taken, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless expressly approved by the restaurant management.
• Guests are expected to maintain appropriate conduct within the restaurant premises. VKHL reserves the right to refuse service or request any person to leave the premises in case of misconduct, disturbance, or violation of restaurant policies.
• Franchise enquiries submitted through the website are treated solely as expressions of interest and do not create any franchise rights, commitments, or obligations on the part of VKHL.
• Submission of a franchise application or payment of an application fee does not guarantee franchise approval, allotment of territory, execution of any agreement, or grant of franchise rights.
• All payments made through the website are governed by the published Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Collection and use of personal information and cookies are governed by the separate Privacy & Cookies Policy.
• VKHL shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, unavailability of services, or failure to perform obligations arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including technical failures, network issues, traffic conditions, weather conditions, governmental actions, or force majeure events.
• VKHL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on the official website.
• All trademarks, logos, brand names, menu names, content, photographs, designs, and promotional materials displayed on www.kamatsindia.com platforms are the property of VKHL or their respective owners and may not be used without prior written permission.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the registered office of VKHL is situated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all payments made through the Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited (VKHL) online portal, including, but not limited to, franchise application fees, franchise-related payments, royalty payments, training fees, onboarding charges, marketing contributions, technology fees, and any other payments made to VKHL.

All payments are subject to the terms applicable to the respective transaction and do not, by themselves, create any right to franchise approval, allotment, or continuation of any agreement or service.
 

• Franchise Application Fee: If an application is approved, the application fee shall be adjusted against the applicable franchise fee or onboarding payment. If the application is rejected by VKHL, the application fee shall be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
• Royalty Payments: All royalty and recurring operational payments made under the Franchise Agreement are non-refundable. Any excess payment, if verified by VKHL, may be adjusted against future royalty dues or credited to the franchisee's account, at VKHL's sole discretion.
• Other Payments: Payments made towards franchise fees, training, onboarding, marketing contributions, technology, products, services, or any other approved charges are non-refundable. Where applicable and approved by VKHL, such payments (if in excess) may be adjusted against future dues or carried forward for subsequent transactions.
• Applicant or Franchisee Withdrawal: In the event of voluntary cancellation, withdrawal, or discontinuation by the applicant or franchisee after payment has been made, no refund shall be issued. Any adjustment or carry-forward of the amount shall be solely at the discretion of VKHL and subject to the applicable agreement.
• Duplicate or Excess Payments: In the event of an accidental duplicate or excess payment, VKHL may, after verification, either refund the excess amount or adjust it against future dues or payments, as deemed appropriate.

VKHL reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any application or transaction in accordance with its internal policies, the applicable Franchise Agreement, and prevailing laws. VKHL also reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions shall become effective upon publication on the official website.
